These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products offered by From Lab to Field, S.L. through its online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Scope and Products

These T&C apply to all sales made to consumers (B2C) through our Shopify store.

Products: We sell our own sports supplementation products.

Sales territory: We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and a number of countries in continental Europe. Ceuta and Melilla are excluded. Orders to the Canary Islands are subject to the customs and tax conditions described in our Shipping Policy.

Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and make a purchase.

Product information: Full ingredient, allergen, nutritional, and usage information for each product is provided on the relevant product page and on the product label. Please read it carefully before use.

Our products are batch tested against the WADA prohibited substances list. Batch certificates are available on request.

3. Ordering and Acceptance

You place an order through our online store hosted on Shopify. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email accepting it. A payment receipt or acknowledgement of your order is not, by itself, acceptance.

We may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a payment or logistical issue, or in the event of an obvious pricing or description error on the website. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount using your original payment method, without undue delay.

4. Price and Payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include Spanish VAT where applicable. Orders shipped to the Canary Islands may be subject to additional local taxes (IGIC), the AIEM levy, and customs handling fees payable by the recipient on arrival, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Payment methods: We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bizum. Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your purchase is confirmed once the payment is successfully authorised.

Invoicing: We issue an invoice upon confirmation of your purchase. You may request it in digital format, which we will provide by email.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, costs, and zones are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods — not when they are dispatched.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer under Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason, counting from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw. Tell us your decision through a clear statement — for example, an email to support@fromlabtofield.com, or the model withdrawal form at the end of these T&C.

Perishable goods exception. Under Article 103.d of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. As some of our sports supplements may be subject to rapid deterioration or expiry due to their nature, the right of withdrawal does not apply to those products.

Hygiene exception. Under Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. As our products are sports supplements (such as drinkable gels) sealed for hygiene, this right no longer applies once the seal has been broken.

Returning the goods. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after telling us you withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

Refunds. We will refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost — but not any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option — without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earliest. Refunds are made using your original payment method.

Diminished value. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Beyond the right of withdrawal, the conditions and procedure for returns and exchanges are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Products must be returned in the condition they were received, with the hygiene seal intact.

8. Guarantees and Liability

We are responsible for any lack of conformity of our products at the time of delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer law. Consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, subject to the nature of the product and its expiry or minimum durability date.

As our products include sports supplements and other food products, they must be stored and used according to the instructions, warnings and storage conditions stated on the packaging. We are not responsible for problems caused by improper storage, handling, use, or consumption after the applicable expiry or minimum durability date, to the extent permitted by law.

If a product does not conform, you may exercise the remedies provided by Spanish consumer law, including repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, where applicable.

Any claims relating to product defects or lack of conformity should be made directly to us through our customer service channels.

Nothing in these T&C limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to this, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

To complete your purchase, we collect personal data needed for the order, payment, and shipping process. This data is shared with the third parties necessary to fulfil the contract, such as payment and shipping providers, under appropriate data processing agreements.

10. Cookies

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Spanish law, specifically the legislation for the defence of consumers and users. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these T&C shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile, as established by Spanish consumer protection regulations.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, supply failures, or transport disruptions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these T&C to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies to that purchase.

14. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

15. Language and Intellectual Property

These T&Cs are provided in English.

All trademarks, product names (including ExoLactate®), designs, and website content are the property of From Lab to Field, S.L. or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
